Is my category open yet?+

OpenAI is rolling out ads progressively by category and region — not broadly open yet. On the first call we tell you honestly whether your category is open today, opening soon, or further out. Either way, the right move is the same: get positioned so you're first into the auction the moment it opens.

What does 'position now, launch first' mean?+

We get your account, creative, conversion tracking, and product feed fully ready while the platform finishes opening up. The moment your category goes live, your campaigns ship the same day — instead of starting from scratch once competitors are already in the auction.

How fast can we launch?+

We can have you launch-ready in about a week: kickoff, account setup, creative production, conversion tracking, and QA. Campaigns go live the moment your category opens in your region — which may be the next day, or further out depending on OpenAI's rollout.

Why one brand per category, per region?+

Every campaign teaches us things we can't ethically share with a direct competitor — prompt patterns, audience signals, creative angles. Staying exclusive within a category and region keeps the work senior-led and conflict-free, and means your learnings stay yours.

What's the minimum monthly ad spend?+

We work with brands starting at $1,000/month in media spend. For statistically meaningful learnings within the first 4–6 weeks of being live, $10,000+/month is ideal — below that, results take longer to stabilize.

How do you measure performance?+

Impressions, clicks, and conversions pulled directly from OpenAI's Ads Manager, plus your own analytics (GA4, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.) for post-click outcomes like signups, revenue, and pipeline.

What about brand safety?+

Every ad we ship follows OpenAI's labeling and placement policies. Ads are clearly marked, separate from the assistant's answers, and reviewed against your brand guidelines before going live.

Why not just wait until the platform matures?+

Early advertisers build proprietary learning that compounds — creative formats, audience signals, bidding patterns. By the time the platform is mainstream, late entrants are starting from zero against competitors with months of data.

Do you also run Google, Meta, or TikTok ads?+

No. ChatGPT advertising is our only product. If you need a generalist agency we'll happily refer you to one we trust.
